Get to know some of the staff and instructors that you'll meet on  a visit to Dynamic Rock.

Helen Jacob

Managing Director

Helen is the Managing Director, making sure everything at the centre runs like a well oiled machine. You'll often see her around reception or the cafe with Bailey and Barney the dogs following along behind.

Matt Woodfield

Technical Director

Matt looks after the safety and climbing side of things, he's a Mountaineering Instructor, guidebook author and really likes rocks.

Steffan Jacob

Assistant Manager

Steffan is the senior instructor, coach, route setter and accessible climbing instructor. 
He's got more qualifications than anyone else on the team and has a growing list of first ascents outdoors to his name too.
